Convert Invoices and Receipts to Excel
Drop photos or PDFs of your receipts and invoices. Apunt reads them in your browser and prepares an Excel with one line per document, flagging what should be reviewed.
What Apunt extracts from each document
Date, supplier, tax ID, invoice number, description, category, taxable base, VAT amount by rate (0, 4, 10 and 21%), withholding and total. Anything it isn’t sure about is highlighted in yellow so you can review it, and it warns you if base + VAT − withholding doesn’t add up, if a tax ID isn’t valid or if the invoice already exists.
How it works
- Drop your documents: phone photos (including iPhone ones) or PDFs, as many as you like at once.
- Review what’s doubtful: hover over the photo to enlarge it and correct whatever is needed.
- Download the Excel or CSV with the columns and format your accounting software asks for, configurable with templates.
Your documents never leave your computer
Reading happens inside the browser, on your own device. Apunt does not upload your photos or your data to any server, so you can use it with client invoices without compromising their privacy. The first time it downloads the reader (about 30 MB) and then reuses it.

Is it free?
You can do 20 readings for free without signing up. If you need more, write to us.
Are my invoices uploaded to the cloud?
